Ken Simwaba

Ken Simwaba is a seasoned finance professional with vast industry experience spanning 20 years in Financial Services covering: Pensions and Asset Management, Microfinance and SME lending and Insurance Services. Ken Simwaba previously served as Managing Director for Madison Finance Company and Madison Asset Management Company. In addition, he also served as Chief Financial Officer of Madison General Insurance and General Manager in MGen Tanzania Insurance Company. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot Watt University, an MA Leadership in Development Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and also holds the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) qualification. Ken is also a seasoned Real estate investor. Ken has previously served on a number of boards including the Lusaka Stock Exchange, the CEC Staff Pension Scheme and the International School of Lusaka.

Nambinga Hakapya

Nambinga is a seasoned Professional Accountant with over 10 years of experience in financial reporting, management accounting, external audit, and tax analysis. She brings a results-driven approach to every project, combining creativity and flexibility with strong analytical and presentation skills to deliver practical financial solutions.

As a member of ACCA and ZICA, she has built a solid track record working across audit, accounting, and consultancy firms, as well as within the microfinance sector. Her experience spans everything from compiling financial statements to providing strategic tax insights and overseeing complex audits.
